“When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.” – Lao Tzu
As a child I would spend hours at the kitchen table with my watercolors. Daydreaming, I would paint scenes and creatures, even my vision of characters in the books I read. That child grew up and had a full career outside the arts. Now years later, I’m refocusing… I’m on a quest to recapture that childlike spirit.
I sketch, cook, quilt, bind books, garden, paint and journal. I dabble… I experiment. Everything’s fair game now.
Come with me… let’s go exploring!
Another ‘mucker’ like me!
Absolutely! Even as a child I had a wide variety of interests and that’s just the way I like it!
Dana, what great art you create. I’m so glad Sonja gave us a peek at your work.
